義雲高的「特級國際大師證」是一九九四年世界文化大會評選，由國際奧委會主席薩馬蘭奇簽發證書，同年九月十五日在匈牙利公布，且致函中國國務院。中國一級政府乃在義大師的家鄉四川大邑縣修建中國歷史上第一座為活著的人而修建的巨型皇宮式七館一部的義雲高大師館。館內重點展出大師的哲學思想、書畫藝術、文學詩詞、國內外著名人士對大師無限崇拜、敬仰贈送的各式珍貴賀禮，及顯密俱通，妙諳五明的牌匾，這些僅是大師豐碩成果中的點滴而已，至於科研成果及醫學成就則待擴充建館才能置入。
